- 80 g of dark something chocolate
- 80 ml of (⅓ cup) fatty cream

Prepare pan & Preheat oven.
First, set the oven to 325°F (160°C). Now grab your 9-inch springform pan. If you are using a water bath, wrap the outside of the pan with two layers of aluminum foil to prevent any leaks (this step is optional). Finally, grease the inside of the pan.
Work on the crust.
Using a Food Processor or Rolling pin, crush your chocolate cookies to make a fine crumb. Next, combine the cookie crumb with the melted butter. The crust mixture should resemble wet sand. Now, use your hands to pack the crust mixture. Press the crust into the bottom of the pan. If you like, you can press the mixture up the sides of the pan, too.
After baking your crust for 10 minutes, let your crust cool and start filling prep.
