Instructions:
1. Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker:
Place the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker. Add barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir everything together to coat the meatballs evenly.
2. Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is thick and bubbly.
3. Serve:
Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks or over rice for a main dish.
