Purple Roses Birthday Cake

Cake Batter Ingredients

- 1/2 cup purple sweet potato puree (made of 2 medium purple sweet potatoes—see instructions below)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
