1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Natural purple coloring
1 teaspoon gelatin (optional)

For the Mirror Glaze
150g dark chocolate
100ml heavy cream
1 tablespoon honey or glucose syrup
Purple coloring if needed

For Garnish
