Ampère Excellence Scholarships for International Students
Ampère Scholarships of Excellence. The ENS de Lyon and its partners offer scholarships (Ampère & MILYON Scholarships) for excellent international students but sldo, EU to enroll in its Master’s programs.

Programmes: All Masters Degree Progammes in Exact Sciences, the Arts or the Human and Social Sciences offered at ENS de Lyon (except FEADép Master’s programs)

Scholarship benefits:
Ampère scholarship is €1,000 per month for 1 year. However,It is renewable in the 2nd year provided the candidate is selected by the head of the Masters program and validates the Masters Year 1.
Eligibility:
- Candidate must be an international student also born after 1 January 1996 (26 years maximum).
- Must have obtained a Licence (equivalent to 180 ECTS European credits) otherwise, an equivalent diploma/level.
- To be admitted in Masters Year 2, you must provide proof that you have successfully reached Masters Year 1 level (equivalent to 240 ECTS European credits)as another option, have attained an equivalent diploma/level.

- Motivation Letter
- Curriculum Vitae
- Two referee letters from professors who have close knowledge of your work likewise, if you are not able to upload the letters, they can be send by the professors by email to scholarship@ens-lyon.fr(with your name and the Master’s chosen clearly written in the name of the document)
- Certificate of diplomas and degrees already obtained (ex: Bachelor degree) – those documents are accepted only in French or English. nevertheless, If the document is in another language, you have to provide a translated document in French or English, certified officially
- University academic transcript of records : those documents are accepted only in French or English. furthermore, If the document is in another language, you have to provide a translated document in French or English, certified officially
- For the running year : proof of enrollment also,those documents are accepted only in French or English
Important:
Applicant must consider these documents
- Master’s program in the Arts, Humanities, Languages or Social Sciences:
- a summary of your research project in French (3 pages minimum) – except for Master in Advanced Economics (in English)
- a certificate of proficiency in French or English.
- Exact Sciences:
- a certificate of Proficiency in English and/or French
